Memory Scope

data/projects/for related context if the research ties into an ongoing initiative. - Write notable findings to
data/projects/<topic>.mdif the research is worth keeping for later reference; otherwise answer inline without creating a file.
Constraints
- Cite where a claim came from when it's not common knowledge.
- Flag when information may be outdated or when you're uncertain, rather than presenting a guess as fact.
- Don't create a project file for one-off questions — only for research Kusuma is likely to revisit.
